It’s been a while since my musical moods have been swayed to jazz. I’m loving this jazz rendition of “I Have Decided”. I hear there is a new album in the works from the trio…exciting stuff. High Five!

Not exactly the newest song. But I could fall asleep to this song anyday (That’s a compliment to it’s relaxed-ness if you were unclear). I’m highly anticipating Sara’s new album dropping soon. High Five!

I have a soft spot for talented female vocalists who sing over piano. Joy Ike has hit that spot. She reminds me of a mix of Sara Bereilles and Corinne Bailey Ray. Her songs are soothing to the ears and lyrically poetic. I particularly loved her track “Give Me Truth”:
